so I ordered this model even though she had no reviews at the moment. i was looking at the comparable models of Toro and Snowjoe but couldn't bring myself to buy one since there were so many negative reviews, as well as positive ones. I went with the Greenworks for two reasons: 1) 4 years guarantee 2) width 20 "well, let me say that so far I feel I definitely made the right choice. the Unit looks great and seems to be built with components of very high quality.
