mine arrived quickly and in good shape. as the other reviewer said, it comes with oil and SAE 30 is recommended only for over 50 degree temperature. so I put in some 10w40; No big deal. choked, triggered and started the first pitch. You can immediately and unchoke works great. I also tried the electric starter, and that worked great. seems to be a very powerful electric starter or the battery on lawn mowers. the warm restart,
